What exactly does that mean?
- We meet the teaching and organizational standards set forth for surf schools and instructors that have been recognized internationally.
- Not only do we teach the basics of surfing and water safety, we strongly advocate for living in the "Aloha Spirit", (Give Respect/Get Respect), and discuss/teach surf etiquette, along with promoting the NSSIA Surfing code of ethics.
- Our accreditation shows that we have achieved a level of ability, experience, and education, and we are able to back that up by producing formal references.

Experience Cocoa Beach through the eyes of the locals with our half day or full day surf excursions.

1 Hour Lesson/Per Surfer: $60

(We recommend 2 Hour Lessons for Beginners and Groups)
All Lessons Include:
Surf Equipment, Thorough Beach Instruction, Ocean Safety, Water Instruction and Guidance-
Learn about surf etiquette, paddling, pop-ups, standing, balancing, and falling properly-- Then put it all to practice!
All of our instructors are CPR/AED and First Aid Trained AND Certified.
Sandy Beach Surfing is Certified through the National Surf Schools and Instructors Association (NSSIA).
Day Long Surfing and Beach Excursions

Surf, Eat, Shop, Smile...Get to know what it feels like to be a Local for a Day! Welcome to Cocoa Beach!
Itinerary:
8:30am-9:00am Pick Up from your Cruise Terminal, Hotel, or Airbnb
9:30am-11:30am Meet on the beach for a Two Hour **Surf Lesson in world famous Cocoa Beach.
12:00pm-1:15pm Lunch of your choice at a Local Restaurant
1:30pm-3:00pm Shopping at Ron Jon's and Cocoa Beach Surf Company, (Or if you prefer a more home town experience... We will take you to our favorite smaller surf shops instead!)
3:30pm - Return to Ship, Hotel, Or Airbnb
**Not everyone in your party wants to surf? That's okay! We will provide, (and set up!), a tent for shade, chairs, and cooler with ice and bottled water so the beach day can be enjoyed by all!

Day Long Surf Adventure Excursions
Interested in seeing something a little different? Maybe you've been to our area before and are looking for a new experience?
Allow us to introduce you to some of the most fun local surf breaks in the area, all within 90 minutes of Cocoa Beach. Ponce Inlet, New Smyrna, Playalinda, or Sebastian Inlet.
Much like the "Local For A Day" Package we provide transportation, surf lesson, all surf equipment (board/rash guard/leash), and a cooler with water. Not everyone in your party wants to surf? That's okay! We will provide, (and set up!), a tent and chairs for shade so the beach day can be enjoyed by all!

CRUISE AND HOTEL TRANSPORT INCLUDED IN SURF PACKAGES
No need to pay for an Uber or Taxi! We will arrange for your transportation in our 12 passenger SBS Surf Cruiser! Pick up in the morning, and drop off after the planned excursion.

Want to capture images of your family's surf experience? We can help you brag to family and friends, (especially those up north in the cold!), about your very own awesome surf trip!
